04. AI Workflows and Your Data
AI workflows operate on your business data to complete tasks like follow-ups, reporting, and system updates. We do not use your operational data to train AI models or share it with other clients. Your workflow configurations and business logic remain confidential.

When we connect AI workflows to your business systems (Slack, Jira, Salesforce, email, etc.), we access those services on your behalf using secure authentication. We only request the minimum permissions needed for each workflow and store credentials securely.

We retain workflow data and configurations for as long as our engagement is active. Upon project completion or termination, we work with you to transition or delete data according to your requirements.
