These Terms of Service govern your engagement with AGMA360 for AI workflow automation services. Please read them carefully.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging AGMA360 for workflow automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
02. Services
AGMA360 provides AI workflow automation services for operations teams. This includes opportunity mapping, workflow design, AI coworker development, system integration, and ongoing support. Services are delivered according to the scope agreed in your project engagement.
03. Engagement Process
Our standard process includes a no-cost opportunity mapping phase, followed by a focused pilot within an agreed scope. Full implementation proceeds only if you choose to move forward after reviewing pilot results.
04. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business processes, grant necessary system access for integrations, designate appropriate team members for collaboration, and review and approve workflows before deployment.
05. AI Workflows and Outputs
AI workflows built for your organisation are configured specifically for your use cases. Workflow outputs (reports, notifications, system updates) are generated on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing outputs where human oversight is appropriate.
06. System Access and Integrations
When you provide access to business systems for workflow integration, you authorise AGMA360 to configure and operate AI workflows that interact with those systems within the agreed scope. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to grant such access.
07. Fees and Payment
Opportunity mapping and focused pilots are provided at no cost. Full implementation fees are quoted based on scope and complexity. Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Ongoing support and maintenance may be subject to separate fees.
08. Data and Privacy
Your use of AGMA360 services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein and implement appropriate security measures for your operational data.
09. Intellectual Property
AGMA360's platform, methodologies, and workflow frameworks are owned by AGMA360. Custom workflow configurations built for your organisation are licensed for your use. Your business data and operational information remain your property.
10. Limitation of Liability
AGMA360 services are provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from workflow operations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, we will work with you to transition or wind down active workflows and handle data according to your requirements.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to new engagements or renewals.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
